We are recruiting Development Managers with every level of experience either from a development management background or related disciplines including architecture, planning, real estate communications and construction.

Responsibilities will include keeping tight control of programme and delivery of all aspects of development from initial concept to completion, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and marketing. Candidates should have strong presentation skills and be exceptionally process driven.
You will be working very closely with the Managing Directors and key stakeholders to oversee:
- Identifying and evaluating potential development opportunities.
- Developing business cases.
- Creating project plans.
- Managing the acquisition of land, including negotiations, legal processes, and due diligence.
- Coordinating with architects, planners, and other consultants to secure necessary planning permissions and develop project designs.
- Overseeing the construction process, including tendering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and managing contractors.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and sell completed properties.
- Financial Management & Reporting for Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Providing regular reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and performance analysis.
- Building and maintaining relationships and preparing and giving presentations to external consultants, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Engaging with local communities and addressing any concerns or issues related to the development.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with projects, such as financial, technical, or regulatory risks.
- Discharging planning conditions.
- Monitoring project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective action as needed.
